TG: Share a quote that you love and that gives you strength or peace. TG: When was the last time you felt burned out and why? MB: End of last year - very busy with the election and presidential campaign, worked non-stop. I take a midday nap most days, even if just for 30 minutes. because my morning show is live from 6 to 9 a.m., so I am always looking for extra sleep and nap time. TG: You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it? MB: Take a nap. TG: How do you deal with email? MB: I try to get back to people right away so I am not sitting on responses. Does it sleep with you? MB: I keep it in the bedroom but I bury it under a pillow on the floor so I can’t hear it unless I want it. TG: Tell us about your relationship with your phone.
